Why it can do you good to have structure in your day and put time aside for things you like. This is a brilliant idea. I have a schedule for the week, so I know on what day I bring back used bottles to the store to claim the deposit and at what time I read a book and learn something. You might argue that this sounds annoying, but I don’t have to do it. Instead it is just nice to know that I have plans what to do when I get bored and don’t know what to do the next few hours.
